Q: Do I need to install an extra wireless client card into the computer before start Wifi-Owl installation? What cards do you support?
A: No, you don't. Wifi-Owl™ only requires be installed on a computer with properly configured Local Area Connection. And it doesn't matter by which interface this connection is provided - wireless or wired.
If your computer has a wireless client card with NDIS 5.1 compatible driver (NDIS 5.1 API is available under the MS Win XP or higher) - Wifi-Owl™ will use this card to obtain some more information about your wireless network concurrently with regular data transmitting processes.

Q: I forgot to specify parameters of my network during the Wifi-Owl installation and no access points were discovered. How can I specify these parameters and repeat discovery of the network one more time?
A: Click 'Configuration' tab in the tab strip and locate in the Configuration tree 'Local Network' item. Full path to this item is the following: 'Organization' \ 'Main Office' \ 'Local Network'. Click this item and fill 'Subnetworks' and 'SNMP community strings' lists in the right pane and than click 'Apply' button. Click 'Rescan Network' button on the same page, which runs discovery of your network, then in the list of found devices, choose APs for monitoring, click ‘Inspect Selection’ button and input credentials for each AP and then click ‘Start Task’.

Q: I can’t finish the installation in Express mode

Q: Why I can’t install IIS from installer in Express mode on Windows 2003 sp1
A: For properly installing IIS on Windows 2003 sp1 you should have Windows 2003 CD. IIS will be installed from this CD.
